It is important to look after your airconditioner with regular maintenance and services. This could avoid serious damage to your airconditioner and cause unnecessary breakdowns. We offer onsite inspections and airconditioning audits to ascertain the needs of each client.
What our Maintenance Contracts include
Our maintenance contract includes cleaning of the airconditioning equipment, both indoor and outdoor units. Feedback regarding any relevant parts needed, and advice on any deterioration in the equipment’s condition. refrigerant is checked and onsite checks for leaks is carried out and all the systems functions are checked for operational efficiency and the airconditioning equipment is checked to ensure good working order.
Cleaning process
Our experienced technicians are able to clean and maintain air conditioners and systems regardless of the manufacturer or installer. Filters on ducted systems are replaced. Both the outdoor compressor and indoor units are cleaned.We only use the most effective and non-contaminating cleaning agents. Our products are eco friendly to comply with international policy.
